Prism Centre for Audiology and Children's Rehabilitation serves children and youth from birth to 18 years of age with  physical, developmental, or communication needs. The centre also provides Audiology services for adults. 

 

Providing family centered care to the community for 60 years, the centre is one of a large group of Children's Treatment Centres in the province of Ontario. Located in Chatham within the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, the Centre is in the heart of Southwestern Ontario, nested between Lake Erie, Lake St. Clair and Lake Huron.

Accessible Playground Hours

Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 8:00 pm.  Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.  Closed on Weekends and Holidays. The playground features accessible equipment and a rubberized surface.

   Friday    11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
